Where to Begin
Wrap City, Inc
THE WRAP PROCESS, FROM START TO COMPLETION
Project Consultation
The first step of any project is defining what type of application we will be creating. Determining budgets, due dates, deposits, and artwork requirements are key pieces that all need to come together perfectly in order for a seamless workflow.
Collecting Branding Content
We will collect brand assets that pertain to your vinyl wrap project. If you are in need of a logo or a revamping of an outdated logo, we can help to create one. A lot of times, clients will provide a small, low-res logo file. This is no problem, as we can recreate most logos to almost an identical copy.
Create a Mock-Up to Be Emailed
Once our designer has completed an initial design, we will email it over to you for feedback. The more info you give us, the better chance of us nailing it on the first try. We have designers on staff and can usually turn out designs in just a couple of days. When revisions are requested, they are done quickly and efficiently.
In-House Printing
Once the design process is done and you have approved your mock-up, we then get the files prepped for printing. This is where we determine the best way to print your wrap to give you the best final product. Car wraps are printed in several panels that get fitted and tiled together on your vehicle. While the majority of wrap shops will print your job, the quickest, easiest, and cheapest way, we do things differently because we want our product to represent us and you in the best possible way. We tailor our wraps to work best with your design and vehicle. This ensures better lines, straighter components, and fewer seams. It takes away from our profit but makes for an overall superior result.
In-House Installation
This is where the magic happens. We take your on-screen mock-up and turn it into a living, breathing, absolutely fantastic marketing piece for you and your brand. Our installation process starts with a thorough wrap prep. We remove door handles, lights, trim pieces, mirrors, and emblems, if possible. Once the vehicle is clean and disassembled, we test-fit your wrap and make sure we have it in the best possible position for the cleanest, smoothest possible end product. We have been installing wraps since wraps became a thing. We are very good at what we do, which will become apparent from the moment we start working together
Quality work starts with quality material and inks
We only use premium 3M Controltac vinyl and laminates. This, along with HP factory inks, is a winning combination for a wrap that grabs attention and keeps performing year after year.
